  Not happy with customer service. Had to wait 2 hours for the wheel alignment to be done. I understand that it's Saturday and the workload is higher, but it's so easy to tell the customer that it might take longer than expected, especially when you see somebody with a little one.

  I’ve had a pretty positive experience with this Canadian Tire throughout the years. Recently I had bought an item that ended up being way too big so I got something from somewhere else that worked for me but didn’t return the bigger item here on time so the manager let me return it anyways and gave me store credit. Was very nice of him.
  Reason this is not a 5 star is because every time I’m looking for an employee on floor I can never find someone and I was asking about the pools to the cashier as I couldn’t find them anywhere in store and he had a “meh” kind of attitude and wasn’t helpful at all so I had to run around myself to find out. Maybe train the staff there to be more helpful.

  Tried to buy a lawn chair. It said they had 13 in stock. Waited for 10 minutes while they looked for the chairs. Said they had none in the store and that I would have to come back the next day as there was nobody working in the warehouse. How is it possible not to have a lawn chair in the store? A bunch on the top of a shelf for display but none to actually buy. Staff didn't seem to care or want to help. Won't be coming back if I can avoid it.

  Big store that has everything. The staff were courteous and helpful. However I was buying an item that said to take the sticker to the nearest available representative for assistance, but it was very difficult to find a person to help. That's the only reason for four stars, staff were hard to find, except by the till area.

  This place is hit and miss. Sure, you can find what you are looking for... if you hunt long enough. Most staff are helpful.. if you can find someone. If you see something on sale in a flyer it's likely already sold out in this store. I go to this one due to convenience of location only.
