  First time using Kal Tire to simply get a spare tire on a older rim for a classic 1950's project car, the guy at the front desk took a glance and said i cant change this tire i asked why he pointed at some flaw on the side of the tire.
  I explained to him i just need the tire to hold air for it least an hour (IF it doesn't hold air) to move the car onto a flat deck. He simply didn't want to listen and said no they also wanted to charge close to 30 dollars with no balance which I didn't need or want.
  SO I went to Market Tire down the road they said there's nothing wrong with the tire... and for 14 dollars cheaper then Kal Tire I got faster service they repaired the tire and rim to ensure it would work...and the tire now .. HOLDS AIR LIKE A NEW TIRE... WILL NEVER RECOMMEND KAL TIRE TO ANYBODY your company is pathetic and your staff need to go back to whatever country they came from
