I have my own gym located where I live at the clubhouse but I go to the YMCA as it is close to my work and she's a phenomenal personal trainer and fitness instructor of many different classes. The classes she teaches are always a different super fun and challenging but not crazy hard. She also is the best trainer I have ever had as she caters to my goals and is very personable with everyone. Wherever she goes I will be sure to follow.
