I have chronic pain issues that make it difficult to play with my grandsons and do the gardening and landscaping at my acreage. The combination of Pilates equipment, Essentrics, and Booty Bar or MOTR is perfect. The instructors all pay attention to how my body is functioning or not.
In fact, when they identify that I am out of balance, I immediately book an appointment with Dr. Rikki Mackenzie, the in house Chiropractor. She gets me straightened out before I become immobilized with pain and tightness. On occasions where i have left it to long - she works with me to get myself back to optimal functioning.
